About Us
Johnny Monrose is the principal owner of SFSDesign, LLC. A highly experienced Senior Architectural practitioner with a solid design background as well as a Real Estate Development specialist.
He has been employed in the architectural, engineering and construction industries in various capacities while concurrently growing his own practice over the last 24 years. His cumulative experience has been with many renowned firms both in the US and internationally. His experience has been on notable projects that include residential, retail, commercial, corporate interiors, hospitality and transportation.
Johnny holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and a Master’s of Science in Real Estate Practice from Pratt Institute. Johnny is an Associate of the American Institute of Architects, New York Chapter and an OSHA certified associate.
